摘要
复方黄连素注射液系硫酸氢黄连素和TMP的复方制剂。应用差示分光光度法可直接测定TMP,而硫酸氢黄连素不干扰。此法简便、快速、精确。
Compound berberine injection contains TMP andberberine bisulphate. TMP may be determined direct-ly by differential spectrophotometry and berberinebisulphate doesn't show any effect. The suggestedmethod is simple, rapid and accurate.
