摘要
目的:探讨球头硅胶管植入术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法:慢性泪囊炎38例(42只眼),行逆行泪道植入球头硅胶管术。结果:术后随访12个月,其中37只眼泪道冲洗通畅无脓性分泌物,5只眼冲洗不通畅有脓性分泌物,有效率88%。结论:球头硅胶管植入术治疗慢性泪囊炎,操作简便,临床效果确切。
Objective To investigate the ball head silicone tube implantation for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis efficacy. Methods 38 patients with chronic dacryocystitis （ 42 eyes）, retrograde implantation ball head silicone tube with. Results all cases were followed up for 12 months, including 37 eye wash lacrimal patency without purulem secretions, 5 eye flushing patency purulent discharge, with an efficiency of 88%. Conclusion the ball head silicone tube implantation for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis, simple operation, clinical effect.
