超声引导下穿刺活检术在乳腺肿物诊断中的应用

目的:探讨超声引导下粗针活检术(US-CNB)诊断乳腺肿物的临床应用价值。方法:对US-CNB的80例进行了回顾,其中62例乳腺肿物进行了手术切除的患者为研究对象,以手术切除病理检查结果为诊断标准进行分析。结果:34例乳腺肿物手术切除病检结果为恶性,其中US-CNB病理诊断恶性31例,可疑恶性1例,导管不典型增生2例;28例手术切除病理为良性,US-CNB病理诊断亦均为良性。US-CNB诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤的敏感性为94.1%,特异性100%,准确性96.9%。结论:US-CNB是诊断乳腺肿物的一项准确、快速、微创的方法。

Objective To study the accuracy of ultrasonographically guided core needle biopsy （USCNB）for diagnosis of breast masses.Methods 80 cases had been subjected to US- CNB from Jun. 2009,to Aug. 2011,among them in 62 female patients surgical resections were performed, and taken as study subjects; their operative patholog4cal examination results were compared with the findings of US- CNB.Results Of 62 cases 34 were malignant lesions discovered at surgical excision, among whom US- CNB resulted in diagnosis of malignancy in 31 cases,questionable malignancy in one case,atypical ductalhyperplasia in 2 cases. Twenty- eight hengin lesions showed complete agreement between pathologic re- sultsfrom the surgical excision and results from the US- CNB. US- CNB had sensitivity of 94.1%, specificity ofl00%,and accuracy of 96.9% for diagnosis of breast carcinoma.Conclusion US- CNB is a safe andaccurate method for diagnosing breast masses.
