摘要
目的:观察米非司酮配伍氨甲喋呤(MTX)治疗早期输卵管妊娠的临床效果。方法:选择早期未破裂输卵管妊娠58例,口服米非司酮,肌注氨甲喋呤进行治疗。结果:治疗有效率93%。结论:米非司酮配伍氨甲喋呤治疗早期输卵管妊娠安全有效。
objective to observation of mifepristone combined with methotrexate （ MTX ） in treatment of early tubal pregnancy clinical effect. Method for the selection of early tubal pregnancy without rupture in 58 cases, mifepristone orally, intramuscular methotrexate treatment. Results the treatment efficiency 93%. Conclusion mifepristone combined with methotrexate in treatment of early tubal pregnancy is safe and effective.
