Study on Thermal Design of Electronic Equipment in the Adverse Environment

根据抗恶劣环境热设计要求 ,本文分析了几种热设计的方案 ,着重对气 -气热交换器及空气调节器的散热方式进行讨论 ,提供适用于抗恶劣环境电子设备热设计的选择。

On the basis of thermal design requirement of anti adverse environment,some options of thermal design are analyzed;a discussion is carried out with the emphasis on heat dissipation modes of air air heat exchangers and those of air conditioners;some selec tion of thermal design for electronic equipment used in the adverse environment are provided.
