防风高弹纬编针织面料的开发

Development of windproof high-elastic weft knitted fabric

选用50%羊毛+50%涤纶、阳离子涤纶、锦纶、氨纶4种性质不同的纱线,在UP472双面圆纬机上开发弹性、保暖性、防风性能均良好的针织面料。介绍了该面料的编织工艺和染整工艺,以及编织、染整过程中遇到的问题和解决办法,为运动型防风高弹纬编针织面料的开发提供参考。

This paper develops some knitted fabrics with good elasticity,warmth retention and windproof on UP472 double circular weft knitting machine by using four kinds of different yarns including wool/polyester(50%/50%),polyester,nylon and polyurethane.It mainly introduces the knitting technology and dyeing technology,possible problems and solving methods.The research results can be reference for development of sports-type windproof high-elastic weft knitted fabric.
