氢氧气体共同吸入对百草枯中毒大鼠早期肺损伤的影响

摘要 目的探讨氢氧气体共同吸入对百草枯中毒早期肺损伤的影响。方法通过观察百草枯中毒大鼠共同吸入不同浓度的氢氧气体,监测肺损伤指标的变化。结果氢氧气体共同吸入组肺湿/干比、PaCO2较对照组减低,P<0.05;pH值、PaO2较对照组升高,P<0.05。结论氢氧气体共同吸入可有利于重建早期肺损伤的氧化和还原系统的平衡,显著改善、延缓肺组织的氧化损伤进程。 Objective To discuss the effect of co-inhalation both oxygen and hydrogen on paraquat induced acute lung injury in rats. Methods Sixty Wistar rats intrapefitoneally injected with paraquat (35mg/kg) were randomly divided into two groups: co-inhalation of oxygen and hydrogen group and control group. The rats in Co-inhalation of oxygen and hydrogen group were given inhalation exposure to air containing 2% hydrogen and 40% oxygen and the other group 40% oxygen only as control after injection. The PaO2 ,PaCO2 and the lung wet/dry weight ratio were measured after 72hr. Results Compared with control group, there is significant difference, the lung wet/dry weight,PaCO2 were decreased (P 〈0. 05), while pH value,PaO2 were increased (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Co-inhalation of oxygen and hydrogen could ameliorate the excessive oxidative damage about the acute lung injury induced by the paraquat, rebuild the balance of oxidation and deoxidation and slow down the process of lung injury.
