腺苷蛋氨酸联合痰热清注射液治疗重型肝炎高胆红素血症30例临床观察

Clinical observation of 30 cases of the adenosylmethionine joint tanreqing injection in the treatment of severe hepatitis with hyperbilirubinemia

目的探讨应用腺苷蛋氨酸联合痰热清注射液治疗重症肝炎高胆红素血症的临床疗效。方法将60例重型肝炎高胆红素血症患者,随机分治疗组30例和对照组30例。对照组进行常规的保肝、对症等治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用腺苷蛋氨酸和痰热清注射液,观察两组患者治疗后临床症状及指标。结果疗程结束后,AST、ALT下降两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组TBIL明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组ALB和PTA明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组在治疗过程中,均未见不良反应;治疗组总有效率73.3%(22/30),对照组总有效率43.3%(13/30),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。且两组治疗后临床症状改善方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腺苷蛋氨酸和痰热清注射液联用能有效治疗重型肝炎高胆红素血症,且无明显不良反应。

Objective Explore the clinical efficacy of using adenosylmethionine joint tanreqing injection in the treatment of severe hepatitis with hyperbilirubinemia. Methods Divide randomly 60 patients of severe hepatitis with hyperbilirubinemia into 30 treatment group and control group of 3fl cases. The control group would have conventional protect liver treatment and symptom- atic treatment, while besides that, the treatment group would have adenosylmethionine and tanreqing injection. Observe the clinical symptoms and indicators of these two groups after treatment. Results At the end of the treatment, there is no significant difference in the decline of AST, ALT （ P 〉 0.05 ）, TBIL of the treatment group is obviously lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The ALB and PTA of treatment group is significantly higher than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and no adverse reactions occur during the treatment of these two groups; the total effective rate of treatment group is 73.3 % （22/30）, and the total effective rate of control group is 43.3% （ 13/30）, thus the treatment group is better than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. What＇s more, the clinical improvement after treatment of treatment group is better than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The adenosylmethionine joint tanreqing injection has an effective treatment on the severe hepatitis with hyperbilirubinemia, with no adverse reactions.
