一种高强高韧不锈钢焊条的研制

摘要 介绍了一种高强高韧不锈钢焊条的研制过程,对焊条合金体系及金相组织、合金元素及主要强化元素的确定、药皮配方的设计等技术路线进行了分析。通过试验研究,确定了药皮配方,研制的焊条经各项性能检测,结果满足设计指标要求。 The development process of the high strength and high toughness stainless steel electrode was introduced in this paper.Technical specifications such as alloy system and metallurgical structure,alloying elements and major strengthening elements,and formulation design of electrode coating were analyzed.The recipe was fixed based on much experimental research,and then a series of tests proved that the electrode could meet the requirements of designing targets.
