摘要
针对掺入石灰石粉后粉煤灰混凝土中减水剂与胶凝体系的相容性问题,采用考查浆体饱和点和流动度的方法比较了不同类型减水剂与胶凝体系的适应性,研究了石灰石粉的掺量和细度变化对胶凝体系与减水剂相容性的影响规律。研究结果表明:不同类型减水剂与复掺石灰石粉和粉煤灰胶凝材料的相容性存在着显著的差异,其中聚羧酸系高效减水剂与其相容性最好,且相容性与石灰石粉掺量及细度的关系非单调增加的关系,而是存在最佳掺量和最佳细度,该成果对石灰石粉在粉煤灰混凝土中的有效利用有一定参考价值和指导意义。
Aiming at compatibility of water-reducer and cementitious system in fly ash concrete after mixing limestone powder, comparing the compatibility of different type water-reducer and cementitious system through saturation point and fluidity,the influence on compatibility of cementitious system and water-reducer that caused by changes of content and fineness of limestone powder is studied.Result shows that remarkable difference existing between the compatibility of different type water-reducer and limestone powder and fly ash mixed cementitious materials, among them the polycarboxylate superplasticizer has the best performance, and relation of compatibility with the content and fineness of limestone powder is not monotonically increases, but exists optimum content and optimum fineness.This result has a certain reference value andinstruct significance on effective utilization of limestone powder in fly ash concrete.
