摘要
基于可靠性理论研究,建立混凝土质量可靠性概念及表征指标,通过细分混凝土从预拌到施工多个环节,详细分析了影响混凝土质量可靠性的相关因素,并基于模糊综合评价方法,建立其因素集、评价集、考核集,进而以"质量、工期、安全、成本"作为目标体系,建立混凝土生产过程的最优质量成本的可靠性评价模型。通过实例验证其可行性,进而提出基于可靠性评价的管控方法。
Based on the research of reliability, establishes the conception of reliability for the premixed concrete industry.By subdividing the concrete production process into such links as premixing, transportation,pumping and hardening, the concrete reliability assessment is divided into process subsystem, factor subsystem and object subsystem, and all of which are analyzed.According to the above analysis,the reliability model of process subsystem is set up.And the reliability assessment and control method of factor subsystem are given based on the fuzzy comprehensive e- valuation theory.Then referring to "quality,time, safety, cost" as objective systems,the reliability model of the optimum quality cost for the concrete production is established.
