Investigation of High Efficiency Cr^(3+) ∶LiSrAlF_6 Laser

摘要 研究了用有机染料进行抽运光光谱转移提高抽运效率的可能性。氙灯脉冲宽度从 1 81μs降到 1 1 8μs,激光输出斜效率提高了 1 7%。采用 R- 640染料光谱转移实现光谱匹配 ,斜效率提高了1 0 % ,采用 1 2 0μs的脉冲抽运光及用有机染料 R- 640对氙灯抽运光进行光谱转移 ,抽运 Cr3 +浓度为 5(at- % ) ,尺寸为 6 mm× 45 mm的 Cr3 + :Li SAF6激光晶体 ,中心波长为 830 nm,获得 1 In this paper, a improved performance of the Cr 3+ ∶LiSAF 6 laser is reported. The slope efficiency is increased by 10%, when using the shotened pulse pump and matching spectrum pump transformed by organic dye. In the case of the pumping pulse duration of 120 μs and the spectrum transformed by R 640 dye, the pulse energy of 1 J at 830 nm central wavelength from 5(at %) doped, φ6 mm×45 mm Cr 3+ ∶LiSAF 6 crystal is obtained.
