欠发达地区中小企业发展的战略模式选择——以青海省为例

青海中小企业起步晚、数量少、基础力量薄弱。在这个"大企业强省、小企业富民"的时代,大力发展中小企业,对实现青海"富民强省"战略有巨大的推动作用。本文结合青海省产业发展的现状,提出了依托优势资源的互补战略、依托特色资源的特色战略、依托稀缺资源的专精战略、依托旅游资源的虚拟战略,供青海中小企业发展选择战略模式。

The characteristic of the SMEs in Qinghai province are laggard,few number and weak basis.In this age when large enterprises make province stronger and small enterprises make people well-off,developing SMEs will play a tremendous role in achieving the strategy of enriching the people and strengthening Qinghai province.Combined with the current status of industry development in Qinghai,this paper proposed the complementary strategy based on advantageous resources,characteristic strategy based on characteristic resources,special-profound strategy based on scarce resources and virtual strategy based on the tourism resources,which are applied for SMEs to select strategy models.
