基于融合视角的本土管理理论塑造——以中国石化的“三基”管理为例

管理领域的理论并不都具有普遍的适用性,通过本土管理实践和研究,建立本土管理理论具有重要的意义。中国石化自大庆石油会战以来,通过长期的实践、探索、积淀、创新,建立了一套具有自己企业特色的"三基"管理体系,有力支撑了企业的发展,成为企业赢得竞争优势的重要基础。本文在调研的基础上,采用诠释性研究的进路,较为详细地描述了中国石化"三基"管理理论的塑造路径,探讨了企业在众多外部管理理念、理论、方法的影响和冲击下,为什么能坚持以及如何坚持在"以我为主"的原则下探索本土管理理论。研究发现,通过传统与现代、中国情境与外来理论、核心价值理念与科学方法的融合,是塑造本土管理理论的有效途径。

The theory in the field of management does not have common applicability at all,establishing local management theory through management practice and study is of great significance.By long-term practice,exploration,accumulation,and innovation,SINOPEC has founded a set of ＂3B＂ management system with its own characteristic since Daqing Oil Battle,which strongly supports it’s development and becomes the important base for winning competition advantage.Based on the investigation and research,this article adopts the way of interpretation,describes the way of shaping path of the management theory of SINOPEC’s ＂3B＂ in detail.This article discusses the reason why the enterprise can insist on and how to insist on exploring local management theory according to the principle of in the ＂I am master＂ principle under the influence and shock of so many external management concepts,theories,and methods.The study has found that the integration of tradition and modern times,Chinese situation and foreign theories,core value concepts and scientific ways is the effective way of shaping local management theory.
