纺织产业技术创新能力评价及提升路径

技术创新能力的薄弱现已成为制约纺织产业可持续发展的一大瓶颈。本文在调查研究的基础上,构建了涵盖6大要素16个具体因素的纺织产业技术创新能力评价指标体系,采用层次分析法确定各指标权重,并以此为依据提出了提升纺织产业技术创新能力的对策,旨在为纺织产业实现转型升级和可持续发展提供决策支持。

Weak technological innovation capacity has become a major bottleneck of limiting sustainable development of textile industry.On the basis of investigation and research,this dissertation has built an evaluation index system of technological innovation capacity of textile industry covering six major elements and sixteen specific factors,adopt the AHP（the analytic hierarchy process） to analyze individual index weight,and thus proposed the countermeasures for promoting technological innovation of textile industry so as to provide the textile industry transformation and upgrading with decision making support.
