基于民生理念的拓展大学生创业路径研究

近年来,对于创业和创业管理的研究已成为全球管理领域关注的热点,创业教育已成为知识经济时代高等教育的必然发展趋势。加强大学生创业能力培养是高校适应时代发展要求的必然选择。创业教育最终目的是培养大批社会亟需的创新创业型人才。本文从战略眼光、战术方法、坚韧精神三个层面论述了提升大学生创业管理能力三大要领,给创业者以心智启迪。

In recent years,the study on business startup and business startup management has globally become the hot point in the field of management,and business startup education has become the inevitable trend of the higher education in the era of knowledge-based economy.The ultimate goal of business startup education is to foster a large number of innovative business startup talents whom the society urgently need.How to start a business？ First of all,conceive the entrepreneurial means.For those who are involved with business startup,it imperative to move along the way,to grasp the opportunity to perform,to run business according to right operation methods,and to survive by adapting to the environment.This paper elaborated the three main points for college students to improve their ability of business startup management from three aspects of strategy,tactics,and practice in order to enlighten the mind of those who are engaged in business startup.
