摘要
介绍了我国埋弧焊管生产线自动化、信息化水平现状,以及国外类似生产线自动化、信息化水平与发展趋势。提出埋弧焊管行业信息化建设必须与过程自动控制系统相结合的观点,对如何保证现场数据准确性提出建议,并指出工业现场信息系统必须高度关注的信息安全及标准化问题。
In this article, it introduced the current status of automation and informatization level for SAW pipe production line at home and abroad, and development trend of overseas similar production line. It put forward that the informatization construction of SAW pipe industry should be combined with process automatic control system, and gave points on how to guarantee field data accuracy. In the end, it pointed out information security and standardization problems which should be paid more attention in industry field information system.
