External Division and Internal Franchise:Practical Way to Expand SMEs Credit Business

摘要 长期以来,多数中小微企业因无法逾越金融机构为防范风险设定的抵押担保条件,而被隔离在信贷领域之外;同时有限的大型企业信贷市场的激烈竞争也使得银行业金融机构面临越来越大的压力。本文通过对济宁银行创新信贷模式、成功拓展中小微企业领域的案例分析,认为对中小银行而言,配套引入信用担保机制和实现信贷专营有助于银企双方确立长期博弈合作关系,是拓展中小微企业信贷市场的现实选择。 Over the years, the majority of SMEs are isolated in the credit field as they are always unable to meet mort- gage-backed conditions, while financial institutions are facing increasing pressure due to intense competition for limited large-scale corporate credit markets. In this article, through analyzing the ease that Jining Bank expands SMEs loan business through innovative credit mode, we find that apply guarantee mechanism and franchise is the realistic way to expand SMEs credit business.
