我国医药产业创新药物研发面临的问题及对策探讨

Discussion on Problems of Innovative Drug R&D Faced by Pharmaceutical Industry and Countermeasures in China

目的:为推动我国医药产业创新药物研发提供参考。方法:在研究我国创新药物研发现状的基础上,分析创新药物研发所面临的问题。结果与结论:我国创新药物研发面临研发资金投入不足、研发主题错位、知识产权保护不力、机制落后等问题。建议加大研发资金投入、促使企业成为研发主体、完善知识产权保护、优化相关机制。相信随着我国医药产业结构的调整,行业规范日趋合理,市场运行机制日趋完善,一定能够实现从原料药和仿制药大国到创新药大国的跨越。

OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for the promotion of innovative drug R＆D in pharmaceutical industry in China.METHODS：Based on the status quo of innovative drug R＆D in China,the problems of innovative drug R＆D were analyzed.RESULTS＆CONCLUSION：The problems of innovative drug R＆D are inadequate fund,R＆D subject misplacement,insufficient intellectual property protection,behindhand mechanism,etc.It is suggested to expand input,promote enterprise to be R＆D subject,perfect intellectual property protection,optimize related mechanism.The crossover from raw material drug and global generic-drugs great power to innovative drug great power could be realized by adjusting pharmaceutical industrial structure,standardizing industry norms,perfecting operation mechanism.
