摘要
目的:研究人乳腺癌患者肿瘤细胞对25种化疗药的体外敏感性,反映不同患者对化疗药敏感性的个性差异。方法:对人乳腺癌细胞进行体外培养,采用MTT法进行药物敏感试验。结果:61例肿瘤患者间药物敏感性存在着明显的个体差异。对乳腺癌细胞的敏感率及抑制率较高的主要有表阿霉素、多西他赛、紫杉醇、异环磷酰胺、多柔比星。按照药物作用机制的不同将25种药物分类分析后发现,紫杉醇类药物敏感率以及抑制率是最高的,其次是烷化剂类。结论:测定肿瘤细胞药物敏感性,对临床了解化疗药敏感性的个体差异具有重要的参考价值。
OBJECTIVE:To explore the drug sensitivity of breast cancer cells to 25 kinds of chemotherapy drugs in vitro,and to reflect the individual difference in chemotherapy drugs sensitivity.METHODS:Human breast cancer cells were cultured in vitro and the drug sensitivity was determined by MTT assay.RESULTS:Drug sensitivity of 61 cases of breast cancer had significant individual difference.The drugs with high sensitivity and inhibition ratio were EPI,DOE,PTX,IFO,ADM.According to the mechanism,25 kinds of drugs were classified and analyzed,we found that paclitaxel drugs were the most sensitive,the second were alkylating drugs.CONCLUSION:Determining the sensitivity of antineoplastic drug provides reference for realizing the individual difference of drug sensitivity.
