摘要
目的:交流临床药师参与药品不良反应相关会诊的工作方法和思路,促进此项工作的开展。方法:介绍临床药师参与药品不良反应相关会诊典型案例3例,内容包括:会诊原由、会诊分析、会诊分析总结、会诊建议和结果。结果与结论:药品不良反应相关会诊难度大,临床药师需要具备过硬的医药学知识,较强的临床思维和逻辑思维能力。会诊时,先判断患者异常症状和损害的出现是否与疾病有关,再分析与异常症状和损害发生有一定时间关系的药物,最后综合疾病和用药2个方面分析结果给出会诊建议。
OBJECTIVE：To communicate approaches and ideas of clinical pharmacist consultation related to adverse drug reaction （ADR） and to promote this work.METHODS：3 representative cases of clinical pharmacist consultation related to ADR were introduced,including case reasons,medical report analysis,summary of analysis,clinical pharmacist suggestion and outcome.RESULTS＆CONCLUSION：It is difficult and complicated to carry out clinical consultation associated with ADR for pharmacists.Large quantities of knowledge were needed.Moreover,clinical pharmacist should be good at clinical and logical thinking.In consultation,clinical pharmacist judge whether the abnormal symptom and harmfulness in patient was due to disease or not,and then analyze drugs related to them.Eventually suggestions are given after summarizing results of disease and drug use analysis.
