大众化时代大学师生关系的特点与走向

On the Characteristics and Trends of University Teacher-student Relationship in the Era of Popularization

良好的师生关系是大学教育的基石,而教学活动是一个充满生机的实践活动,是建立融洽师生关系的重要载体。伴随高等教育的大众化变革,当前大学生们不仅产生了对知识的怀疑,而且也引发了对高校教师的信任危机,本该教学相长、感情深厚的高校师生关系近来却屡屡出现不和谐的音符,甚至时有悲剧上演,进而从轻视知识发展到了轻视教师。传统的师道尊严在消退,遵从理性法则的"朋友"式师生关系需要师生双方平等的对话与积极的参与。构建一种尊重学生、理解和热爱学生、增加师生之间的相互了解和交流的后现代师生关系已经迫在眉睫。

A good teacher-student relationship is the foundation of education of University. A teaching activity is a systematic unity full of life, as well as an important carrier to establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. With the popular reform in higher education, current college students not only begin to doubt the knowledge, but also have a trust crisis towards the teachers. However, the deep feelings of teacher-student relationship in university now are damaged by the frequent disharmonious notes, even tragedies sometimes. The despise of knowledge is developing into the despise of teachers. The traditional idea of the teachers~ absolute authority is disappearing, while ＂friends-type relationship＂ be- tween teachers and students, which follows the law of reason, is calling for an equal dialogue and active participation for both the students and teachers. It is imminent to establish a relationship of respecting students and keeping the equality between students and teachers and to establish a modern relationship of increasing mutual understanding and communication between teachers and students.
