摘要
对一种新型再入干涉式光纤角速率传感器进行了特性分析 ,推导了灵敏度和极限分辨率的理论公式 ,通过数值方法 ,确定了光路耦合器的最优耦合比。根据优化设计 ,采用 2 0 m长度的保偏光纤 ,建立了实验装置 ,并对其标度因数和零偏稳定性进行了初步测试。转台测试结果表明 ,其随机漂移优于 6deg/h。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of a new kind of reentrant interferometric fiber optic rotation sensor.The theoretical equations of its sensitivity and resolution are deduced.Through the numerical method,the optimal coupling ratio of the optical coupler is determined.According to the optimized design,20m long polarization maintaining optical fiber is used to set up an experimental system and its scalefactor and bias stability are tested.The test result on the rotation table shows that its random drift is better than 6 deg/h.
