农村房屋拆迁中存在的问题及矛盾化解机制的建构——基于“多中心治理理论”的视角

Existing Problems in Rural Housing Demolition and Construction of the Problem Solving Mechanism ——Based on the perspective of"polycentric governance theory"

随着工业化、城市化进程的加快,很多的农村房屋被拆迁,侵犯农民权益的现象屡屡发生。文章对房屋拆迁相关概念做了界定,并引入多中心治理理论,结合农村房屋拆迁中存在的问题构建相应的矛盾化解机制,为今后的拆迁工作提供借鉴。

Along with the rapid process of industrialization and urbanization, many rural houses were dismantled. This article firstly defines the related concepts ofhousing demolition, and then introduces the polycentric govemance theory, combined with the existing problems in rural housing demolition, to establish the corresponding conflict-solving mechanism, in order to provide reference for future demolition.
