摘要
分别采用梯度递增法和微量肉汤稀释法对沙门氏菌敏感株进行恩诺沙星、阿米卡星和头孢噻呋耐药诱导和药物敏感性试验,分析在不同抗生素诱导压力下沙门氏菌耐药表型的变化规律.结果表明在单一药物持续压力下,沙门氏菌表现出不同的耐药谱型.
To analyze Salmonella-resistant phenotype under different antibiotic induced pressures, gradient increment method and microdilution broth method are used for Salmonella drug resistance induction and drug sensitivity test of Salmonella to enrofloxacin, amikacin, and ceftiofur, respectively. The results show that under the persistent pressure of single drug, Salmonella shows different drug resistance patterns.
