新生代农民工“市民化”的障碍及对策分析

The Analysis on the Obstacles and Solutions of Allowing New Generation of Rural Immigrant Workers to be Urban Resident

新生代农民工已是外出农民工的主体,其市民化已经成为一个非常重要和敏感的社会问题。目前新生代农民工市民化存在户籍、住房、教育、就业和社会保障等客观的制度障碍,以及他们自身心理的主观障碍。促进新生代农民工市民化,要深化户籍制度改革,优化住房和教育制度,完善就业制度,健全和落实社会保障制度,提高新生代农民工的心理素质。

The new generation of peasant labors has become majority of the rural migrant workers,therefore the issue of allowing them to be urban resident has become a vitally important and sensitive social problem.At present,various systematic obstacles exist in this issue including the problem of household register,housing,education,employment as well as social security.In order to address them,we need to deepen reform in household register system,improve housing and education condition,ameliorate employment policy,perfect and implement social security in addition to strengthening mental state of new generation of peasant labor.
