欠发达地区教育信息化生态环境的构建

Ecology Construction for Educational Informationization in Underdeveloped Regions

教育信息化环境是一个网络化、数字化、智能化有机结合的新型的教育和学习环境。构建一个区域教育信息化的生态环境,可以更加安全、快捷、高效地把优质的教育资源、先进的教育理念、科学的教学方法、优秀的文化输送到区域的所有城镇、农村和边远山区的中小学校,真正实现教育公平。本文在阐述区域教育信息化生态环境内涵的基础上,着重探讨了如何从网络建设、平台建设、教师培训、评价保障、应用研究等五个方面来构建区域信息化生态环境。

Educational informationization environment refers to the combination of network, digital, and intelligent facilities, to deliver quality education resources, advanced educational concept, scientific methods, as well as advanced culture to all the elementary and secondary schools in the region, whether they are urban or rural, interior or frontier, in a way more secure, efficient, and faster, for the realization of true equality in education for all. This paper illustrates the connotation of regional educational informationization environment, and focuses on its construction from the five aspects of network, platform, teacher training, evaluation, and application.
