重楼解毒酊治疗小儿手足口病皮疹64例疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of 64 Cases of the Rash of Children Hand-foot-mouth Disease Treated with Chonglou Jiedu Tincture

目的观察重楼解毒酊外涂治疗小儿手足口病皮疹的疗效。方法 128例患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组两组,每组64例。治疗组给予蒲地兰口服液、抗病毒口服液以清热解毒,并采用重楼解毒酊于手、足、臀部皮疹部位局部涂擦;对照组给予同样清热解毒中成药口服,采取一般手、足、臀部皮疹卫生护理加用炉甘石局部涂擦外用。结果治疗组64例,皮疹3 d消退者53例,占76.562 5%,5 d消退者63例,占98.437 5%,7 d 64例患儿皮疹全部消退。对照组64例,皮疹3 d消退者11例,占17.187 5%,5 d消退者45例,占70.312 5%,7 d 64例患儿皮疹全部消退。治疗组皮疹平均消退时间为3.375 d,较对照组5.250 d缩短1.875 d,经Ridit检验,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率98.437 5%,对照组总有效率70.312 5%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用中成药重楼解毒酊外涂治疗普通型手足口病患儿皮疹,简便易行,疗效确切。

Objective To observe the efficacy on the rash of children hand-foot-mouth disease treated with chonglou jiedu tincture.Method 128 cases were randomized into a control group and a treatment group,64 cases in each one.In the treatment group,the cases were treated with pudilan oral liquid and anti-viral oral liquid for clearing away heat and detoxification.Additionally,chonglou jiedu tincture was applied to the local rash on the hands,feet and buttocks.In the control group,the same oral liquids of Chinese patent medicine were prescribed for clearing away heat and detoxification.Additionally,the hygienic nursing and the local application of calamine were provided on the hands,feet and buttocks.Results Of 64 cases in the treatment group,the rash faded away in 3 days in 53 cases,accounting for 76.562 5%,that faded away in 5 days in 63 cases,accounting for 98.437 5% and that disappeared completely in 7 days in 64 cases.Of 64 cases in the control group,the rash faded away in 3 days in 11 cases,accounting for 17.187 5%,that faded away in 5 days in 45 cases,accounting for 70.312 5% and that disappeared completely in 7 days in 64 cases.In the treatment group,the mean time of rash fading away was 3.375 days,which was shortened by 1.875 days as compared with 5.250 days in the control group.By Ridit test,the difference was significant statistically（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate was 98.437 5% in the treatment group and was 70.312 5% in the control group,presenting the statistical significant difference in comparison（P〈0.01）.Conclusions The Chinese patent medicine,chonglou jiedu tincture is simple in external application and has achieved the definite efficacy on the rash of common hand-foot-mouth disease.
