金玄痔科熏洗散干预Miles手术后会阴开放创面愈合过程的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Jinxuanzhike Fumigating and Washing Powder in the Intervention on the Healing of the Open Perineal Wound after Miles Operation

目的观察金玄痔科熏洗散对Miles手术后会阴开放创面愈合时间、疼痛程度、细菌生长状况及创面周围皮炎的临床疗效。方法将符合条件的47例Miles术后1周患者随机分为三组,其中治疗组采用金玄痔科熏洗散湿熏、坐浴外用;聚维酮碘对照组及康复新对照组分别采用相应药物坐浴。于术后2周、3周、1个月、6周及2个月时分别观察患者症状、体征,评分后观察对比各组疗效。结果治疗组在创面愈合情况、改善疼痛程度与引流分泌物情况及创面周围皮肤情况等方面与聚维酮碘对照组及康复新对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金玄痔科熏洗散用于Mi-les手术后会阴开放创面,具有促进愈合、缓解疼痛、提高术后生活质量等优点,安全可靠、值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of jinxuanzhike fumigating and washing powder on healing time,pain severity,bacterial growth and wound peripheral dermatitis of open perineal wound after Miles operation.Methods 47 cases,1 week after Miles operation,which met the research requirements were selected and randomized into 3 groups.Of them,the cases in a treatment group were treated with fumigating and a hip bath with jinxuanzhike fumigating and washing powder;the cases in a povidone-iodine control group and in a kangfuxin control group were treated with a hip bath with corresponding medicines.The symptoms and physical signs were observed 2 weeks,3 weeks,1 month,6 weeks and 2 months after operation separately.The efficacy was compared among groups.Results In terms of wound healing and the improvements in pain,drainage secretion and the peripheral skin of wound,in comparison of the treatment group with either povidone-iodine control group or kangfuxin control group,the differences were significant statistically（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Jinxuanzhike fumigating and washing powder is advantageous at promoting wound healing,relieving pain,improving post-operative life quality and the others for open perineal wound after Miles operations.It is a safe and reliable therapy and deserves to be promoted.
