抗瘤酮A10胶囊的溶出度和生物利用度研究

摘要 测定了不同辅料对A_(10)胶囊溶出度的影响。A_(10)胶囊中加入蔗糖、乳糖、淀粉等对A_(10)的溶出无显著影响;加入0.1%吐温-80,在人工胃液中2h累积溶出百分量为不加吐温-80胶囊的2倍,在人工肠液中2h累积溶出百分量为不加吐温-80胶囊的3倍。采用~3H-抗瘤酮A_(10)测定了A_(10)胶囊的生物利用度。加入0.1%吐温-80的胶囊其生物利用度提高了44.05%。 The effects of antineolaston A10 capsules inwhich were added various excipients including suc-rose, lactose, starch and Tween-80 on the dissolutionin vitro and bioavailability in rabbits were determi- ned. The results showed that no effects were observedwhen sucrose, lactose and starch were added intoA10 capsules, whereas the accumulating dissolutionincreased one fold in artificial gastric juice and twofolds in artificial enteric juice within two hours andthe bioavailability in rabbits increased by 44.05%when 0.1% Tween-80 was added into A10 capsules.
