动脉导管未闭形成的分子机制 被引量:5

摘要 动脉导管未闭(PDA)是最常见的小儿先天性心脏病之一,动脉导管的关闭过程涉及到血管平滑肌细胞(VSMCs)的增殖和迁移、内膜垫的形成、血管的收缩和重构等多个环节。研究表明前列腺素E(PGE)、环氧合酶(COX)、MHY11、Jag1、TFAP2B等基因的表达产物参与了动脉导管闭合的多个环节,以上这些基因的异常往往导致了PDA的形成。
