高血压病发生发展中微小RNA的作用 被引量:1

摘要 微小RNA(miRNA)是一类高度保守的非编码蛋白质的单链RNA,在转录后水平参与生理状态及疾病的发生发展过程。大量研究表明,miRAN在高血压病的发生发展过程中起着重要作用,特别是在肾素的分泌、血管紧张素Ⅱ-1型受体及醛固酮受体、离子通道、内皮功能障碍等方面都起着重要的调节作用,使miRAN成为高血压病研究领域的热点。
