硝化应激与心血管疾病

摘要 硝化应激是导致心血管系统结构、功能异常的重要原因之一。硝化应激在动脉粥样硬化、心力衰竭、高血压、缺血-再灌注损伤、心房颤动等病理过程中起着关键作用。深入研究特定蛋白质硝化与心血管疾病的关系,对于揭示心血管疾病的发病机理、预防和治疗具有重要实际意义。
