摘要
从麦克斯韦方程推导出用时域有限差分(FDTD)法分析电各向异性介质填充波导问题的差分公式;在MATLAB平台上,编程实例计算了电各向异性无耗介质完全填充矩形波导TE波部分模式的截止频率,计算值与理论值吻合较好;分析计算了矩形波导尺寸变化及电各向异性非单轴介质加载厚度对TE波截止特性的影响。
This paper describes the difference expression in the waveguide filled with anisotropic medium by using finite-difference time-domain(FDTD)method. In order to demonstrate the validity of the FDTD method, the TE-mode cut-off wavenumbers of the rectangular waveguide filled with lossless electrical anisotropic medium is calculated with the MATLAB tool and a comparison is given. The law of the TE-mode cut-off wavenumbers is obtained when the rectangular waveguide dimension and the loaded width of non-uniaxial electrical anisotropic medium vary.
