论在职教师从事“有偿家教”的合理性及约束性 被引量:4

On The Rationality and Restriction about In-service Teachers as Paid Tutors

摘要 是否应该立法禁止在职教师从事"有偿家教"行为最近成为社会各界热议的话题,许多地方纷纷采取立法手段禁止这一行为。本文认为在职教师从事"有偿家教"存在一定的合理性,不能够简单的用立法手段予以禁止,而应当对其加以必要的约束和限制,并对于规范在职教师有偿家教行为提出了一些建议。 Whether prohibit in-service teachers from engaging in extra-curricular tutoring by law, it has become a phenomenon which caused many people' s heat discusses, and many places have taken legal measures to ban this behavior. This paper thinks there is a certain rationality about in-service teachers as paid tutor, so can not be use the simple means of legislation to prohibite it. We should adopt some neces- sary restriction and constraints to this matter, and put forward some suggestions to normalize the behavior about in-service teachers as paid tutor.
