摘要
运用洛氏硬度、维氏硬度、金相组织和热处理工艺等分析手法，对ML35圆柱销硬度与组织进行分析，结果表明由于热处理工艺不当及检测方法的不合理，导致圆柱销硬度差异较大，造成该批次圆柱销报废。本文为ML35圆柱销的生产和制备提供参考。
The results demonstrate that the process of heat treatment and improper test method make the hardness more differences by analytical methods of Rockwell Hardness, Vickers Hardness, microscopic structure and the process of heat treatment. This article can be offered reference for actual manufacturing.
