摘要
通过扫描电镜测量P92钢蠕变断裂试样中标距内远离断口的蠕变稳定区和夹持端Laves相的颗粒尺寸、面积分数及颗粒密度等参数,研究应力与温度对Laves相析出行为的影响。结果表明:在所研究的范围内,应力促进了Laves相的生长过程,温度抑制Laves相的形核,且温度的影响较为显著,650℃下Laves相的颗粒尺寸明显大于600℃。
By using scanning electron microscope, the parameters in creep stabilized zone and holding end at standard distance and far from the fractures on creep ruptured samples of P92 steel,such as the particle size of Laves -phase, the fraction of areas, and the density of particles etc. have been measured. The precipitation results of Laves- phase under different temperatures in the creep process show that the precipitation process of Laves - phase is afected by the creep stress and temperature, the growth process of Laves- phase is promoted by the stress,whereas the nucleation of Laves- phase being sup- pressed by the temperature.
