摘要
对国华太仓发电有限公司(太仓电厂)2×600MW机组SCR烟气脱硝失活催化剂进行分析发现,CaSO4及SiO2等杂质的堵塞是导致SCR催化剂失活的主要原因。采用超声波化学清洗、活性负载、干燥煅烧等工艺对失活催化剂进行再生后,催化剂活性大幅提高,在330℃、空速45 000h-1的条件下,再生后的催化剂对NO的转化率由40.7%提高至94.1%。
The activity lost catalysts in SCR flue gas denitrification system of 2×600 MW units in Guo- hua Taicang Power Generation Co Ltd, have been analysed,it is found that the main cause leading to activity loss of SCR catalysts is blockage due to foreign matters like CaSO4 and SlOe etc,the activity lost catalysts have been regenerated by using process of ultrasonic chemical cleaning, active load, and drying incineration etc. , the activity of catalysts after regeneration has been greatly enhanced, under condition of temperature 330 ℃ and air speed 45 000^-1 , the catalysts after regeneration can make the transform rate of NO to rise from 40.7% to 94.1%.
