Discussion on Reserve Funds for Price Differences in the Project Cost

根据建设项目总投资构成要素,介绍了价差预备费的概念及计算公式,并针对当前编制项目投资估算及初步设计概算时价差预备费计取存在的问题进行分析和探讨,同时从多角度分析价差预备费计取的必要性及计取价差预备费后应该注意的问题,提出了当前形势下关于价差预备费计算的几点建议。

According to the items of basic construction total investment integrant part,the concept of reserve funds for price differences and its calculation formula was introduced emphatically. Aiming at the calculation problems of reserve funds for price differences in compiling project investment estimation and in the beginning of design and estimation,this paper made an analysis and a brief discus- sion. Meanwhile, the necessity of calculating reserve funds for price differences and the problems should to be paid attention to after cal- culating reserve funds for price differences were also analysed on multiple fronts,a few proposal of calculating reserve funds for price differences were also proposed according to the current situation.
