New Lower-docking Technics of Fully-mechanized Working Face

为了顺利完成综采工作面下部对接工作,对其关键问题进行分析,解决了无运输联络巷情况下煤炭的运输问题,实现输送机和支架的准确对接,与掘进运输联络巷对接施工方案相比,简化了对接工艺,实现了平行作业,缩短了工期。

To finish the lower docking work of fully-mechanized working face successfully, the paper analysed the key issues in the lower docking technology. The coal transportation problem of has no transport crossheading was solved,and the accurate docking was realized between the conveyer and hydraulic supports. Compared with the docking project of driving transport crossheading, the plan without transport crossheading simplified the docking process,realized parallel working, shortened the operation period.
