In the new times, teachers are required to do well in the college students＂ ideological and political education to promote the college students＂ comprehensive and healthy development. Based on an analysis of a typical case of the university graduates＂ employment deception which can be often met in the employment market, and through the induction and extensions thinking, this paper, on the one hand, summarizes the countermeasures of avoiding deception, and on the other hand, educates students to learn to maintain their human rights as well.
