本文主要分析油田企业员工培养的重要性和必要性,并从企业发展,人文建设等方面描述了有效开展员工培养的措施。
This paper represents the significance of training employees in oilfield enterprises and the effective ways to cultivate the employees training from the aspects of enterprise development,cultural construction, and so on.
