公共选修课教学现状及提高教学质量的对策

On the Present Situation of Public Electives Teaching and the Countermeasures for Improving the Teaching Quality

高校公选课普遍存在管理不够规范、学生不理智选课、师资力量薄弱、教学效果不好等现状,本文就教师投入、学生参与及教学管理等方面提出措施与对策,力求加强公选课程建设并提高公选课教学质量,真正使公选课教学满足高素质人才培养的需要。

The universal situation of public electives in colleges and universities is non-standard management, students＂ irrational choice of courses, weak teaching stall, inettective teaching ettect and so on. In this article, countermeasures and strategies are proposed about teachers＂ input, students＂ participation and teaching management, seeking to strengthen the construction of public electives, improve the teaching quality and really meet the needs of training high-quality talents.
