山西农村居民消费的制约因素分析及对策建议

An Analysis of Restricting Factors of Shanxi Rural Residents' Consumption and Countermeasures

近年来,山西农村居民收入与消费水平不断提高,在国家实行了"家电下乡"等一系列扩大农村消费的政策后,农村消费市场有很大发展,但消费需求不足仍是目前阻碍国民经济发展的一个主要因素。因此,利用统计数据,构建农村居民消费函数模型,对制约山西农村居民消费的诸多因素做了实证分析,并针对理论分析提出解决对策及建议。

In recent years, Shanxi rural residents＇ outcome and consumption have steadily gone up. Since a series of policies of enlarging rural consumption such as ＂household electrical appliances going to the countryside＂ were carried out, the consumption market has greatly developed. But insufficient demand for consumption is the main factor restricting national economy. The author constructs a function model of residents＇ consumption by means of statistical data, conducts an empirical analysis on factors of restricting Shanxi rural residents＇ consumption and proposes the improving measures.
