紫外分光光度法测定苯佐卡因制剂的含量

UV spectrophotometric determination of benzocaine in pharmaceutical preparation

本文采用紫外分光光度法测定苯佐卡因及其制剂(乳膏、软膏)的含量,不受基质干扰,灵敏度高、快速,平均回收率乳膏剂100.63± 1.16,软膏剂101.71±1.46(n=6)。此法与重氮化法作了比较,其结果无明显差异(P>0.05)。

A UV spectrophotometric method for the deter-mination of benzocaine in cream and ointment wasstudied.The results showed that the method wassensitive,rapid and was not interfered by vehicle.The average recovery of benzocaine in cream andointment was 100±1.16 and 101.71±1.46,respectively.No significant difference was noticed between theresults of this method and the diazotization method.
