流动注射分析法测定片剂中磺胺甲基异噁唑含量的研究

The determination of sulfamethoxazole in tablets by flow injection analysis

本文应用流动注射分析(flow injection analysis)法对片剂中磺胺甲基异噁唑含量测定的条件、方法和干扰因素进行了研究。并对国内5个药厂生产的复方磺胺甲基异噁唑片予以测定。实验结果表明,本法不受赋形剂和甲氧苄胺嘧啶的干扰,灵敏度高,简便快速,用样品量少,重现性好,平均回收率为100.2%,CV为±l.02%,样品测定结果与中国药典法接近。

Tablets of SMZ Co were analyzed by flow injec-tion analysis(FIA). The FIA method is simple,rapid,highly sensitive and riproducible. The tablets fromfive different Chinese pharmaceutical factories weredetermined by FIA and the results were comparedwith those by Chinese pharmacopeia method. Nosignificant differences were found. The mean reco-very rate was 100.2% and the coefficient of variationwas 1.02%.
