摘要
为显著降低爆后岩石大块率,同时有效松动岩体,在理论分析和模型试验的基础上,通过刘庄煤矿的E121105煤层综采面底板岩石进行松动爆破现场试验,确定现场爆破参数优化设计的方法。同时依据模糊数学原理,结合综合评判的方法,确定评价隶属度函数,对底板岩石松动爆破技术参数的设计合理性进行评判,结果显示爆破效果良好。因此,研究成果可为类似松动爆破技术工程实践提供参考。
In order to reduce the rate of large rock significantly and loose the rock mass effectively, the commer- cial test in the E121105 coal face of Liuzhuang Coal Mine has been proceeded based on the theoretical analysis and laboratory simulation, which defines the actual parameters of the loose blasting for the bottom floor rock. At the same time, according to the fuzzy mathematics theory, combining comprehensive evaluation method, the effect eval- uation of membership function is determined. What' s more, the design rationality of loose blasting parameters is evaluated, and the good results have been obtained. Therefore, the research achievement can provide some refer- ences for other similar loose blasting practices.
