摘要
以江苏苏北沿海东台条子泥特大型围垦工程为依托,围绕江苏沿海开发围垦中的关键技术问题,融汇理论分析、数值模拟、模型试验、现场监测等先进的手段和技术,提出堤防设防标准、堤防迎水坡防冲关键技术,以及基于潮位频繁变动下的堤防渗透变形多元判据;针对海堤工程位置水深较大,水下地形复杂,潮汐、波浪等水动力条件更加恶劣等条件,提出基于合理利用土地资源、岸线资源、保护环境、美化环境海堤的防护结构新型式,以及强震作用下的围堤液化成因及破坏机理;针对新时期围垦工程由高、中滩围涂向低滩围涂方向发展,对海堤建设提出的新要型的海堤结构;构建一整套沿海围垦工程中的围垦堤防稳定评估理论与方法体系以及安全保障技术。
Based on the large reclamation project of Tiazini in Dongtai City of northern Jiangsu Province and the key technical problems in the development of coastal reclamation in Jiangsu Province,the design standards,the anti-erosion key techniques of slopes as well as the seepage deformation evaluation conditions under frequent tidal changes for reclamation dikes are proposed by integrating advanced ways and techniques of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,model test and field monitoring,etc.With regard to the specific situations of the sea dike,that is,deep water,complex underwater topography,severe hydrodynamic conditions of tides and waves,new protective modes for structures and liquefaction causes and failure mechanism of reclamation dikes under strong seismic action are put forward based on reasonable utilization of land resources,bank line resources,environmental protection and beautified dikes.New structure for the dikes is proposed to satisfy new reclamation development demands.The theories,methods and safety security techniques for stability assessment of reclamation dikes in coastal areas will be established.
