提出在高校建立“体育运动委员会”,建议修改体育教学大纲和在高年级开设体育课。
The author suggests that an athletic sports committee be set up in colleges and universities, and P. E. lessons be opened for seniors under the condition that the P. E. gen-eral teaching outline be modified.
