循环微小核糖核酸及与感染性疾病关系概述

Circulating miRNA and infectious diseases

循环miRNA是指存在血液等体液中的细胞外游离的miRNA,是由18～26个核苷酸组成的内源性非编码RNA分子。在细胞外稳定存在,对于放置时间较长、温度变化、pH值的高低、多次冻融具有良好的耐受性。在感染性疾病中,对于疾病的诊断、监测和预后判断具有重要作用。本文简述了循环miRNA及其与感染性疾病中的关系。

Circulating miRNAs refer to free miRNAs outside ceils present in blood and other bodily fluids. These miR- NAs are endogenous noncoding RNA molecules consisting of 18 to 26 nueleotides. They are stable outside ceils and can be left for long periods; these miRNAs are also highly resistant to temperature changes, pH changes, and multiple freeze- thaw cycles. Circulating miRNAs play an important role in the diagnosis, monitoring, and prognosis of infectious diseases. This review briefly describes the relationship between circulating miRNAs and infectious diseases.
